Studio Martelli & Partners was founded in 1959 by the Lawyer Domenico Martelli, specialising strongly in the fields of Criminal and Insurance Law.
Later, the Lawyer Giovanni Battista Martelli joined the firm, enriching it with his innovation and modernity and contributing to its advanced level of computerisation, specialising in the Corporate Sector and expanding the firm’s expertise into the fields of Corporate Consulting and Civil Litigation.
Next, the Lawyer Anna Maria Tripodi joined the firm as a Senior Partner, specialising in the fields of Criminal Law and Corporate Compliance.
Currently Studio Martelli uses a so-called “star” structure, consisting of a “parent” law firm working in collaboration with “satellite” professional firms or individuals, whose services it can count on in various areas of law or for occasional collaborations, and with whom it is constantly connected by computer, thus creating a dense network of professionals connected to each other, in a sort of “firm within a firm”, taking its cue from the techniques imposed by the major American and European law firms.
The decision to have a professional practice with several “satellite” law firms was taken deliberately, not in order to leave clients adrift among numbers of procedures but rather to always give them CENTRE STAGE by making them the focus of each individual professional’s attention. It is a choice that certainly goes against the grain, and one which aims to set high standards of “customer care and satisfaction” by ensuring that senior partners are always on hand to provide any answer in real time and at any moment.
