Studio Martelli & Partners was founded in 1959 by lawyer Domenico Martelli, with his high degree of specialisation in criminal and insurance law. The law firm built its renown on challenging cases with vast social resonance, and a rigorous defence of clients characterised by a high degree of preparation and professionalism.
Later, the arrival of lawyer Giovanni Battista Martelli brought with it a modern and innovative air which enhanced the classical framework of Studio Martelli, contributing to its high level of computerization, and his specialisation in Corporate Law, approaching business consultancy, and in Civil Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
The law firm expanded again with the arrival of Senior Partner Anna Maria Tripodi, a brilliant young lawyer specialised in Criminal Law and Corporate Compliance.
Currently, Studio Martelli & Partners has a “star-shaped” structure. The parent office, situated in Rome, Viale delle Milizie 4, makes use of the cooperation of many satellite offices, both in Italy and overseas, which are constantly linked with the parent office’s computer network.
In this way we have created a close network of professionals who are in constant contact with each other, following the example of leading US and European law firms.
Our strategy to have a professional law firm with several satellite offices has been deliberate because, in this way, we do not lose the client among a multitude of case files but rather the client is always the PROTAGONIST and remains the focus of attention for the individual professionals.
Our strategy is aimed at customer care satisfaction by ensuring that the partner in charge of a case file is constantly available to respond in real time and at all times. And this strategy certainly goes against the trend.
